Ever been in a situation where you were unsure where you should be on the road, what was the best way to take the corner or just had a few wobbles as you rode along? This series of cycling courses may be what you need to make your life that little bit easier and to give you the confidence to get out on your bike more often.
We are offering a series of free cycling courses to staff and students of UNSW. These courses will be run by a Austcycle certified cycling teacher and will prepare you for riding on Sydney’s roads. We will be meeting at Centennial Park and I would be happy to arrange to ride with people to get there from UNSW or the surrounding suburbs if needed.
Dates: Thursday 11th March, 18th March & 25th March 2010
Time: 4pm-6pm (try to arrive by 3.45 if possible)
To book a place contact: Jacqui Hicks by phone 0404 176981, or email me.

Hi !
Please advise me whether there is any course to be offered in the 2nd half of 2010.
Many thanks
Giang
There is no more funding from the state government for us to offer courses. However, I’ll let you know if we manage to organise something. Thanks for your interest
To Whom It May Concern,
Excuse me, may I come this week? If it is available, do I need to bring anything to come?
Thank you!
Faustina
Hi Faustina,
Email Jacqui to check if it’s ok.
We just received this e-mail (Sun 14th) from the UNSW, and notice that the cycling course actually started last Thursday (11th) and we are have already booked out this Thursday (18th) & next Thursday (25th). My wife has never ridden a bicycle before and she is desperate to learn. Therefore, when you hold this course again, could you please give us 2 weeks notice, if possible, so that we can organise ourselves to make her available.
Thanks
